Chapter 5
_________________________________________________________________

After a change of clothes Rebel stepped out onto the balcony, and peered into the next room. Room 208, where he could see through the arcadia door Marlon and Danny playing cards.

"Perfect." Rebel said, sneaking over the railing to the other balcony, making sure he was out of sight and in the dark.

He reached into his pocket and pulled out a silvery metal pick and went to work picking the lock, and within a few seconds two satisfying clicks rang out into the night. Rebel slid the door open, and quickly walked in.

"Hello boys." He said displaying a sense of overbearing self-confidence.

The two men jump to their feet from a shock of surprise.

"Rebel!" Marlon shouted reaching for his gun.

But Rebel, quick as a cat spinning 180 degrees and kicking Marlon's stomach, forcing him to the ground, landing hard.

But now Danny suddenly pulling a knife, sheathed under his pant leg, leapt for his adversary, his eyes mad with hate. Rebel caught his attacker’s arm and the knife blade hovered inches from his own exposed throat.

They contested in silence, each straining, Rebel to twist the knife away, Danny to thrust in and finish off his despised foe. Rebel slowly twisted his opponent's arm away from his own neck, further and further... until there was a sickening pop, and a scream. Danny dropped the knife and backed away, cradling his broken limb. Rebel sent him unconscious to the floor with one last roundhouse kick.

With the two henchmen out of the way Rebel now set his sights on the big prize. Once again Rebel scaled over the railing onto the next balcony of room 206, he could see two people making out on the bed. Rebel recognized the big man as Van Dawson. It was Dawson alright. no doubt about it. not too many people around with that oddly shaped body.

Another thing Rebel definitely recognized, was the suitcase at the foot of the bed... the very same that Danny had hastily shoved the money in.

He knelt quietly at the door and smiled when he heard it click open. He stood at the foot of the bed and neither of them even knew he was in the room. He then recognized the girl as Kristie, the bellhop girl who showed him to his room.

"So is this the work you were talking about? You little bitch." He couldn't resist saying.

They both jumped as if someone had just thrown a cold bucket of ice water on them.

"Don't get up on my account." Rebel said sarcastically. "I've just come to collect what's rightfully mine."

"The hell you are." Dawson said jumping out of bed in a fury and rushing towards Rebel. "That suitcase will leave over my dead body!" he emphatically stated.

"Oh, that can be arranged." Rebel mockingly snickered a disrespectful laugh.

Dawson lunged at Rebel swinging wildly his fist... Rebel easily dodged everyone laughing the whole time.

By now the Kingpin was enraged, and charging like a bull after a Matador, Rebel backed up and danced around a bit. Dawson stepped forward and took a wild swing, and whether on purpose or by accident Rebel took a hard shot to his wounded shoulder and the excruciating pain caused his knee's to buckle and he hit the ground. Blood now flowing profusely from his aching shoulder soaking his shirt.

Dawson then retrieved his gun from the dresser and aimed it at Rebel's forehead.

"What are you, a cat with nine lives?" Dawson asked. "I mean, you're like a turd that won't flush!"

"You’re making a big mistake." Rebel stated

Dawson cocked his gun. "Who cares?"

Rebel closed his eye's and winced.

BAM!

a lone shot was fired and smoke rolled from gun barrel

Rebel hit the floor from the weight of Dawson's own body falling on top of him.

"What the...?" Rebel opened his eyes and saw Kristie standing over them both with a broken lamp in her hands that she'd just busted over Van Dawson's head.

"There's never been a killing in the Bayside Motel, and their wont be today either!" She stated emphatically.

Rebel rolled Dawson's well-fed corpulent body off him and stood up.

"Thanks for the hand... I mean, the lamp." He joked picking up the suitcase. "But I have to be running now."

"Wait!" she shouted. dropping the lamp she grabbed his arm. "Take me with you, please."

"Ohhhh no!" he said without question. "I already have a girl, I don't need another one."

"No, no... You don't understand... They'll think that I set them up... they'll kill me."

"Uh, sounds like a personal problem... Good luck with that."

"You insensitive jerk!" She cried out loudly and vigorously. "I just saved your life!"

"Okay, okay. Get your clothes on slut and lets go." slandering her sarcastically. "Hurry up!" He said walking out the door.

  1. Oh, man, that Kristie! At least she saved Rebel's life! I love the details in your pictures. Did you individually photoshop in the cards and poker chips? I don't recall seeing any cc quite like that.

  2. Thank you Wendy Pan for reading, and yes I did photoshop in the cards and poker chips... in picture 2 Marlon and Danny are playing cards, and in pic 3 Rebel is kicking Marlon towards the table which has the cards and poker chips on it... I knew that when Marlon hit that table the cards and chips would be all over the place, so I though it would be more realistic... also I used the omsp (90 degrees) to turn the table and omsp 45 degree to flip the chair.

Most readers would just look at the photo for a second and keep reading and never know how much work went into it, so I say, thank you for noticing, you have a very good eye. :-)

  4. Thank you Reiner for reading and acknowledging the pictures... It gives me more appreciation for the hard work you do on your great lingerie, and also all the other cc creators for their hard work, but you're right, it is worth it when you see the finished product.
